Virgin Fake Down (0.9D32mm Silicon)
This is 1st generation fake Down. it was invented by JINYU FIBER in 2004. JINYU FIBER was the 1st factory in fake Down industry in the. World. Can pass OEKO-TEX100, Non-Bromine(Br), Non-fluorescent bleacher, non-heavy metal. It can be wash many times, the fiber won't get tight together. It's fit for high quality winter jackets in EU, especial for Germany, France.
Recycle Fake Down(1.5D 25mm silicon)
This is cheaper fake Down, blench white, used for low cost winter jackets. Not recommend to wash exceed 30 times. It can be stuff by hand or by machine ( www.bealean.com)
Chip grade fake Down( 1.5D 25mm silicon)
This quality is between No. 1 & No. 2 fake Down. Snow white, Non-Bromine(Br), Non-fluorescent bleacher, non-heavy metal. It can be stuff by hand or by machine( www.bealean.com)
JELLPLUS
It was invented by JINYU FIBER in 2014, and get brand in 2016. It's develop for Korea Basic House. Can save 25% weight, only a little difficult while stuffing.
Spraying padding is the low quality padding, color is a litter green, it's for low price winter jackets, the fill power is normal. Weight from 40-350gsm.
A/H padding (Air Hole Padding, both side heated)
A/H padding was heated both side, the fiber won't across from fabric. The hand feeling is a little smoothly, or not by client requirement. Because the materials is hollow fiber, the fill power is the best in all kind of padding. Weight form 40-350gsm.
F/T (Feather Touching padding. both side heated)
F/T padding was heated both side, the fiber won't across from fabric. The hand feeling is smoothly, because the fiber are micro fiber, so the fill power is not good than A/H padding. It's fit for lady's or kids jackets.
4. L/D (Low Denier padding. both side heated)
L/D padding is using 100% virgin fiber, high quality. Snow white, very soft. It's similar to 3M Thinsulate® or Primalofte®
